What size rugby body armor should i buy?
I’m an average sized 15 year old. I weigh 140 pounds, I’m 5′7 or 5′8. I like Gilbert Xact 10 or Gilbert Synergie 12. What size should i get one in? Thanks.
Only wear body armour if you’ve got an injury or play in the tight 5. Body armour can slow you down and overheat you. Plus, a raw shoulder in a hit hurts the opposition more.
