what are the best sports you can do for, muscle building, keeping fit in general?

swimming, rugby, tai chi
judo, karate, martial arts, yoga, ice skating
wrestling, body building, weight lifting, equestrian
golf, bull fighting
athletics, cycling, bowling, bowls, canoeing

when i say physical sports, i mean good endurance sports as well, looking for activities that will, not only keep me trim, with nice and sexy biseps, but also keep and give me a healthy heart as well, yes i know eating properly is all part of this as well, so is getting enough proper sleep, is 5 hours sleep enough for a 29 yo, cos that is all i get, when i get up in the morning i am dog tired and cba to do anything else, hence the reason i am trying to kick my social life into gear, that is wht the above is for, might set up a website business for online sports activities, is this a good idea, is my list a good list lol, do i need any qualifications and experience, if i want to set up an online business, anyone got any suggestions

I would say the best thing to do is join a gym – that way you can build muscles and most of them have swimming pools to so you can keep fit in there (and build up your heart muscles)
