ireland v france february 2010?

I am trying to surprise my partner by getting tickets for the rugby match next year being held in the stade de france. i am 5 months pregnant so we have had to cancel our summer holiday this year thought this would be a nice treat for both of us-as it is on valentines weekend. How do i go about getting tickets? would i be better off booking through a sports travel agent? Because it is valentines weekend i am aware that flights will be extra expensive so i want to book a.s.a.p. to get the best deal. What airport would be the best to fly into? Charles de Gaulle? We would be able to fly from dublin at a push but from cork preferably

Hi i contacted the irish rugby club on 24/3/09 about 2010 tickets for six nations here’s what they said to me.

All tickets for Ireland’s International home matches are distributed through the clubs and branches of Ireland only – you must be a member of an Irish rugby club in order to purchase tickets from them. The visiting Unions will also receive an allocation of tickets for their game, which they will usually distribute in the same manner, through their own clubs and branches.

On occasion we may have tickets returned to us. On the last number of occasions that this happened, these tickets were then made available to general public. Our Supporters Club members have first priority and any remaining tickets then go on sale to the general public. Future notices will be posted on our website www.irishrugby.ie.
