How is SCRUM related to a Web Application Tester?
Scrum and XP ( XP = Extreme Programming … but does Scrum and XP apply to a web application tester or only to a developer?
Scrum is a way of programming where the requirement documents are flexible. Basically the tester tells the programmer what to change and the programmer can do it without being confined only to what is in the requirements document.
Extreme programming I think is where multiple programmers work together one watches while the other codes and visa versa.
