Rugby on USA TV?

I want to know if there is a big enough Fan base to have a Program or cable TV channel that would have a format for rugby. That Not only show cases national Events, But International matches as well. I would Personally Be interested in seeing Collegiate, USA rugby super league, High champion chips, USA sevens, International Tournaments (such as World Cup, Ten nations, etc). It would be really cool to see USA rugby Super League to become a professional televised sports, May someday almost, If not as big as NFL games.

So how Do we Go about gettting this accomplished whats you opinions and solutions?
A petition would be a great Idea. how would we get one started, Maybe a website or something like that calling for the broadcasting of rugby. Maybe flooding the cable companies with e-mails requesting more televised events for rugby?

You already have rugby being broadcasted in the US, though all of them might not be live. True, there’s no dedicated rugby channel.
The unique problem I see in broadcasting rugby in the US is the “timing” factor. Most of the rugby played in the rest of the world takes place when the US is still going on with the working day, while fast asleep or just when they’re waking up. Very little number of viewers then – that means less advertising – less money.
It’d be great if they can have a dedicated rugby channel but I’m afraid it’s not going to happen any time soon.
