Why is the Wales – Australia world cup match in Cardiff?
I thought it was the French rugby world cup. (i.e. in france)
QUIZZARD……….It was WALES that hosted the RWC in 1999, England have NEVER hosted the RWC!
To answer your question, even though France had 20 to 18 votes for hosting the RWC, Scotland and Wales added another 2 votes in return for hosting some matches making the total vote 22-18!
